Jen was a bit nervous as her son, Grant, boarded the plane to fly unaccompanied for the first time. So, shortly after Grant walked down the jet bridge, one of our Pilots came back into the terminal, found Jen, and directed her attention to the window for a sight to put her mind at ease.
